Introvert- a person who is energized by quieter, more minimally stimulating environments. Introverts have a preference for solitude to recharge their inner being. Libraries, quiet parks, nature, book stores, bath tubs, bed, and secret nooks are some of our favourite places. Contrary to popular believe not all introverts are shy. Some many have great social lives, but reliably need some time to recharge afterwards. Introverts, in their desire for less stimulation and time for contemplation, are often misunderstood, especially in our culture that exposed extroverted characteristics.
Letterpress- one of the oldest forms of printing, in which ink is transferred from raised surfaces to paper through applying pressure.
Something we love to see, feel, and do.
Introvert Studio- a place where you can enjoy our offerings, which may help you recharge.
Introvert Press- the name under which we print. Creations include ephemera, limited edition cards & broadsides, lyrical silent wind chimes, and of course books. Publications can be found in private collections as well at UBC, SFU, Uvic, and select libraries internationally.
